This cigar, the Olmec Maduro Toro, pays homage to the ancient Mesoamerican people of Mexico who used to live in the San Andrs Valley in Veracruz, where premium cigar tobacco is now grown. The cigar is 6 x 52 Toro, with a dark and oily San Andres Mexican Maduro wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and a blend of long filler tobaccos from Estel and Jalapa Valley. It was made by the renowned cigarmaker AJ Fernandez in his Nicaraguan factory. The smoke has rich flavors of leather, chocolate, espresso, and cream, and is full-bodied yet not too strong.
