All orders within the Continental United States are shipped "no signature required" via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Post Office (USPS). Most orders ship within 24-48 hours from the time the order is submitted (excluding weekends or holidays). Orders with engraved items may require additional processing time.

We ship to virtually any address worldwide.  It is the consumer's responsibility to research their country's customs regulations on cigar shipments. Returns are not accepted on any tobacco products.

Please note shipping charges quoted through our website to international destinations outside the U.S. do not include any customs fees your local post office may sometimes charge. These charges are the customer's responsibility.  For details on customs fees specific to your area, please contact your local post office.
