When this arrived I felt like a kid at Christmas and it took some unboxing too, packed awesome. A fantastic big shinny humidor smells great looks great and it will take some (pleasure) to fill. Accessories are pretty cool too. These people here have been awesome I ordered one out of stock and they kept in touch and even suggested I choose an alternate and I am pleased with my new choice. Just purchased the Windsor humidor and the finish and quality looks great. I did not receive the lighter that was to come free with the purchase but I needed the humidor more my old humidor lost its seal. I am seasoning the humidor now but can already tell that the seal is tight and the quality of materials seem excellent. (Posted on 6/23/20)

My wife was tiered of looking at all of my 20/40 cigar humidors, and I was tiered of checking the humidity all the time. The Windsor is great. Realistically, do not expect to store 300 cigars - maybe 150 to 200 depending on length and gauge. Maybe 300 Coronas, but who has that many, if any, coronas? I bought some drawer dividers on Amazon and use one to partition the bottom, along with one of my old partitions (cut) from my old humidors. I like compartments. The fit of the lid is snug and that makes all the difference, if you want to keep it at a constant 72%.

Think of 1st Class as a quality control distributor for the manufacturer. I am very pleased with my purchase. (Posted on 6/15/20)

I ordered this humidor after outgrowing my previous one. I wanted not only ample space, but an airtight seal so that the humidity remains constant. I’ve not been disappointed! Very happy with this purchase. High quality, great looking, and roomy enough where you can place two 6.5 in length cigars end-to-end, plus a Cigar Oasis humidifier. Like everyone else I outgrew my humidifier quickly. Being in the medical field research is common place so my approach to finding and buying a bigger humidor was the same. The Windsor stood heads above the competition in construction, beauty and price. It really is a good looking piece of workmanship because I make furniture as a hobby and my woodworking experience tells me no corners were cut and they are made to last. Highly recommend! Very happy with this purchase. This humidor is made very well and everything feels like a quality build. The two drawers on the bottom open and close smoothly without any issues. The lid closes very tight so you can feel confident there are no leaks where you humidity is just running out.
The finish on the exterior is great as well and it looks like something that cost at least $100 more than what it does. I don't smoke all that much so I generally don;t have more than 100 or so cigars at a time which will fit in here with ease. (Posted on 8/10/17)

Really happy with the purchase. on customer service there was a shipping snafu (Christmas time, etc...) but 1st class came up with an equitable resolution. This replaced a smaller humidor. Straight out of the box, this thing is beautiful. Good solid construction. Fast FREE shipping. This humidor is advertised on other websites as the "Landmark". In fact, the item number on 1st Class is LNDMK, but it is call the Windsor on here. It is the same thing. What isn't the same is the PRICE! 1st Class is $10-80 cheaper, depending on the site you look at. Plus, free shipping, plus a free lighter, plus a free cutter! How could you not buy from this site?

The only negative, which isn't really a negative at all, is the fact that this humidor is advertised as having 2 humidifiers. It only came with one. But a quick call to Kaili (sp?) got the issue resolved quickly. They sent me not 1, but 2 humidifiers! Thank you! What many companies lack these days is service after the sale, which cannot be said for 1st Class humidors. Great company. (Posted on 12/25/16)

I bought this humidor to replace my smaller 150 cigar humidor. As my collection grew so did the size of my humidor.
First off the shipping time was great. I received the humidor realitivily quick.
The build of the box is really good and has a great seal. The humidity is constant which makes me happy.
My old humidor humidity fluctuated throughout the day which drove me nuts.
Anyway if your looking for a good price on a large humidor try this one out, you won't be disappointed.
As for their customer service they did an amazing job!
When the humidor arrived I noticed that I only had one humidifier. The description says there will be two that come in the box. So a quick email and two days later I had the second one sent to me.

I shopped around at some local cigar shops. Their small humidors (50 sticks) were more expensive that this one that holds 5-6 times that.
It's nice looking and now that it's been seasoned, it's working like a champ.

This humidor is actually even nicer looking in person than in the pictures. It has a high gloss and feels nice. It's fairly large but doesn't "look" like it could hold 300 cigars, until you start actually putting them inside. I dumped all my cigars from a 2/3 full 125ct humidor into this one and it barely formed one layer of cigars on the bottom and in the tray.

The seal is really good as well, I put beads in it, brought it up to 70% with nothing in it, then pulled the beads out and left it closed for 24 hours with no humidification in it and when I opened it again 24 hours later it was still at 70% inside.

All in all a very very nice humidor for the price. (Posted on 2/2/16)

I really like this humidor. I am waiting for the humidity to get down to 72%. It is a little high right now, about 76%. It is well constructed and the drawers on the bottom are handy to store the lighter and cutter that came with it. (Posted on 5/7/15)
