Shipping was fast, price was great even lower than Amazon. Quality is 4 of 5 stars. A little fading on corner , but overall I'm happy with it. The tinted glass and digital hydrometer look great and keeps the 70/70 ratio.

I’ve only had smaller analog humidors in the past. I specifically was looking for one with a external digital hygrometer and temp gauge. I hate having to open them to check the gauges. And good looking at the same time.

Exactly what I was expecting. No complaints. Seals up nice and tight with the over lapping lid. Digital hydrometer works great, temp and humidity reading are spot on. Only using the supplied humidifier sponge, waiting for my Oasis to arrive which was back ordered. I was immediately notified of the back order. (Posted on 3/10/17)

I purchased the Portofino recently. It is the third humidor I have owned. My first, years ago was only a 12 cigar humidor, because I was not sure how much I would enjoy cigars and how frequently I would be smoking them. About eight years ago, I moved up to a 25 cigar humidor which I've been using until last month. Having recently retired and moved to a community where I have made lots of friends, among them cigar smokers, I find that the amount of cigars I am enjoying, as well as sharing, have prompted me to move up to a bigger humidor. The Portofino is well-made, spacious, has an excellent temperature/humidity gauge and is attractive. I would recommend it to anyone looking to move up to the next size humidor. (Posted on 1/3/17)

This will be my 3rd humidor. The 1st two are small 25/Ct units. Right out of the box this Portofino looks the part. My previous humidirs came w/analog hygrometers and those things are only accurate twice a year. So this one comes with a pre-calubrated digital! I am still seasoning mine so no word yet on hygrometers accuracy, I will double check it agsinst a calibrated one after its ready.
That said, this is a handsome box with a tight seal. I'm sure it will do a fine job. (Posted on 9/8/16)

I bought this for my husband as a gift. It is beautiful. I also bought a little plate to add with his name. There were no instructions on how to set up the humidor and how to add the water. I had to look it up. I'm not into cigar stuff so I had zero ideas on where to start. It took almost a week to get it to the right humidity and now it's perfect and has stayed that way. Fit and finish of this humidor are flawless. Very good looking box--classy and masculine without being over the top. Packaging was excellent. It arrived in a few days in perfect condition. Got tired of talking and thinking about smoking cigars apparently my wife did as well because she got me the Portofino for Christmas! I live in Florida so even this time of year it's somewhat humid. I followed the break-in instructions and found it's better, for now, to leave the humidifier out and still maintain a RH of 70-72%. It's a nice adornment next to my new wine cooler and can't wait to fill it with more fine cigars.
