Second I ordered the upgraded hygrometer and they forgot to send it. I notified them and they got back to me within 10 days and sent it to me no questions asked.
I saw allot of bad reviews online about there product and customer service after placing my order including on the better business bureau. Based on my personal experience all were false. I'm a store manager at a local fast growing retail outlet in Florida who's primary concern is customer service so my expectations are high. These guys met my standards. Thanks so much! Well packaged/protected for shipment. Quality construction and looks great. Perfect on my desk. I like the glass window for viewing what's inside. The hygrometer was installed in an odd position but it was easy to set it to the angle I prefer. Have been using it for almost 2 weeks and humidity is holding spot on. The Stanford is a nice high quality humidor. The hygrometer on the front of it is small and a little out of place. I would rather spend a little more and get a larger more accurate hygrometer. Wow, what a great looking humidor! Good enough that my wife wanted it on the coffee table. I would put it up against any other. I was a bit skeptical to spend $100 on a humidor. After seeing it I would have paid much higher.Price Value Quality Customer Service
I seasoned it for 24 hrs and dropped a couple of 72% Bovedas and done. I have 20 Camachos in it now. The glass top is handsome and well sealed.

Upon opening it up, I was amazed at the quality.
My wife addmitted it looked beautiful and "allowed" me to keep in on my dresser as it matched the wood perfectly.
My sons were very impressed with it and called it "Badass"

Bought as an open box model. Saved some money, very nice box. Well made seems to be holding humidity. Didn't come with instr. And hydrometer not accurate, but I always use a separate digital anyway.
