Humidor itself is awesome as with the additional digital hygrometer I ordered. Only issue I have had was with the magnets used to hold things to the lid. They need a better adhesive on them. Can attach them, close the lid, and when reopened they have fallen off. (Posted on 5/2/22)

Excellent looking product.
Humidor closes quietly and seals correctly.
I performed the dollar bill test all the way around the lid, and the humidor held the dollar bill tightly indicating a proper seal.

The product seems well made. It came with no directions and I don't know a thing about humidors, so I had some questions. I emailed customer service. Had no response.
I continued calling over a couple of days and finally a young woman (Kaylee) was very nice and helpful.
They had my name wrong and even with my order number couldn't find my order so after a little bit of searching she found my information as was able to help me.
I was told that there were no directions because they were being rewritten. If you are reading this & don't know where to begin; go to the website and click on customer service link, scroll down to the bottom and you will see a couple of links with step by step seasoning instructions. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend because I had no idea what to get him and he loves it! He boasts to his friends about it and has really started a fine collection of cigars. Although he is a classier man and I would have preferred to get him one of the glass top humidors, I chose this one solely due to the fact that he's practically a walking wrecking ball. It's sturdy but elegant and very simple, might I add. The wood finish is absolutely lovely and it is a fine starter for a gentleman's hobby. (Posted on 2/2/16)
