Rocky Patel Conviction Tubo Toro Limited Edition

Product Description

When Rocky Patel named his ultra-premium cigar Conviction, he was expressing both his confidence and his belief in an extraordinary blend. Patel knew the $100-per-cigar price would attract attention, but he was equally certain that using only the finest tobaccos would make Conviction impossible to dismiss. Awarded an impressive 94 rating by Cigar Aficionado, the cigar features a San Andrés Mexican wrapper, dual Nicaraguan binders, and Nicaraguan filler. Its tobacco was fermented using an old-world technique known as tericos, in which the leaves are wrapped in palm bark. This rare aging process creates remarkable richness and an exceptionally luxurious aroma that cannot be replicated by conventional methods. With only a small number of artisans worldwide still practicing tericos aging, Conviction becomes even more distinctive. Patel entrusted the project to just two teams of rollers at his factory, reserving production for his most skilled craftspeople. Much of the tobacco was cultivated on Patel’s own farms, including select leaves he had personally saved for a future special release. As a result, availability is extremely limited, and much of the production has already been claimed by enthusiasts eager to experience this award-winning cigar. A creation of this caliber demanded equally impressive presentation: each 6.5-by-52 box-pressed toro comes in a copper-gold rectangular tube, while the 10-count box doubles as a humidor. Opening it feels like unlocking a reserve of gold or discovering buried treasure, with the cigars seeming to glow even before they are lit. Conviction delivers waves of lush, deep flavors, including black pepper, earth, wood, honey, chocolate, caramel, and baking spices. Calling the experience unconventional hardly does it justice—think tiramisu or a delicate French cream puff. Although pairing recommendations are often appropriate, Conviction was designed to be enjoyed entirely on its own. Shop 1st Class Cigar for the opportunity to own a piece of cigar history. If you want an experience unlike any other, there is only one choice: like Patel, it is time to show some Conviction.
