Former CEO of General Cigar, Edgar Cullman Sr. was responsible for constructing one of the most preferred cigars throughout history. The Partagas Limited Reserve was the most exclusive cigar of its day and if the company were still able to produce them who knows how much they could sell for in today. Only one hand selected African Cameroon wrapper out of every thousand were used on these prestigious cigars, which sold for triple the amount of the average premiums in 1998. The most skilled craftsmen at their plant in Santiago were assigned the duty of rolling these cigars
The 1998 reserves available for sale are rare as they haven’t been manufactured in almost a full decade. The cigars are not contained within the expensive mahogany boxes once marketed in, so the price is even less than the 1998 MSRP
