These cigars turned out to be the most rewarding purchase since we first introduced our Premium Cigar Division. General Cigar launched a unique line of Hoyo de Monterrey’s for an association of full price tobacconists and we were denied from purchasing any of them. However, the tobacconists lowered their number of orders over the next several years causing the brand extensions to be discontinued and all of the cigars being manufactured were never boxed. The Hoyo De Monterrey Certified Vintage is a very rare handcrafted cigar with an intricate blend of tobacco fillers from the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Nicaragua creating a mild to medium smoke perfect for the experienced smoker. |
