The name of this cigar is derived from the spiral wrapping of the outer wrapper. The Helix brand was introduced in 2002 producing a mild, flavorful smoking cigar. The natural blends are bound in Mexican leaf from St. Andres Tuxla Valley , wrapped in the finest Connecticut Shade leaf and filled with a blend of Brazilian Mata Fina, Honduran Talanga Valley and Dominican Piloto Cubano tobaccos. The maduro cigars are bound in select Honduran tobaccos from the Talanga Valley, wrapped in Connecticut Broadleaf and filled with a blend of Brazilian Mata Fina, Dominican Piloto Cubano and Mexican tobaccos.
