An all-Nicaraguan blend with a dark, flushed Ecuadorian Sumatran wrapper put together the CAO L’Anniversaire Extreme as a strong cigar right at the beginning. This cigar offers a spicy flavor with slight sweet overtones and an arid, sober finish. Not for everybody, this box-pressed blend was planned for those smokers who fancy their cigars with some tang.
