As hard as we try to offer fabulous products at incredible prices, there will still be individuals that wish to return their merchandise. If within 30 days of your purchase, you wish to return merchandise you ordered from 1st Class Cigar Humidors, simply follow the steps below to expedite your refund.
 

1) Be sure to repack all merchandise in its original packaging. 

2) Be sure to enclose a copy of your original receipt that was emailed to you. If you no longer have a copy of this receipt, please include a copy of your credit card statement referencing the charge inside the box.

3) Upon receipt of the package, we will go ahead and issue a refund in the same form that payment was made. Credit cards will receive a credit to their account, individuals who made payment in the form of a check or money order will receive their refunds by company check.
